Port of Rotterdam supports Rotterdam youth with the residual value of old IT equipment

  • ESG

Rotterdam, 8 October 2024 – The Port of Rotterdam is not only committed to a sustainable port but also to a safe, healthy and attractive environment.

Employees of the company decided via a poll to donate the residual value of decommissioned IT equipment to three charities, including Rotterdamse Douwers.

Rotterdamse Douwers is a foundation that supports young people aged 16 to 27. Through coaching and mentoring, Rotterdamse Douwers helps these young people to discover and develop their talents. With this donation, they can help even more young people realise their dreams.

Would you like to contribute too?

Do you have any working but surplus business IT equipment, such as laptops, computers or tablets? Then please donate the residual value to Rotterdamse Douwers via the ITdonations Foundation*.

Together we can make a difference!
