Circular IT group today announces a leadership transition as Maarten de Roos hands over the baton to Dimitri Wams, who will officially assume the role of Chief Executive Officer on November 17, 2025.
We’re proud to announce that Dimitri Wams will officially join Circular IT group as our new CEO on November 17, 2025.
He will take over from Maarten de Roos, who has led our organisation with vision and dedication through an important phase of consolidation, growth, and establishing a solid foundation for the future.
Over the past weeks, both have worked together to ensure a smooth and seamless handover.
With the appointment of Dimitri Wams, Circular IT group welcomes a leader with extensive and complementary experience in building, leading, and transforming organisations through their next phases of international and structural growth.
This leadership transition enables Circular IT group to maintain its strong momentum in bringing sustainable technologies, services and circular business models to market.
It marks another important step in realising the company’s mission to strengthen its position as Europe’s leading brand in making IT circular.
