Participation in Positive Impact Foundation

1. Purpose of the foundation

The Positive Impact Foundation brings together organisations that are actively working on CO₂ reduction and sustainability in a broad sense. The foundation facilitates knowledge sharing, cooperation and practical application through:

1. Organising three annual events with a private member section and a public section, including workshops.
2. An online environment for members in which participants actively work together before events.
3. Inviting inspiring speakers with current insights in the field of sustainability, ESG and CO₂ reduction.
4. Exclusive member meetings and excursions with frontrunners in the field of sustainability.

2. Participation Circular IT group (NEG-ITSolutions BV)

Circular IT group actively participates in the Positive Impact Foundation and considers this participation as a valuable addition to its own sustainability policy.

The active participation is demonstrated by:

1. A signed commitment letter & certificate from the foundation.
2. Attendance at meetings and workshops.
3. Reports of workshops and events (if applicable).
4. Elaboration of assignments and practical cases (if applicable).

3. Active involvement

Employees of Circular IT group actively participate by sharing experiences, asking substantive questions and sharing valuable insights internally. The organisation sees participation as a necessary activity to structurally strengthen internal support for sustainability objectives.
