Four packages, one growth path
Circular Workplace is made up of four service layers:
Start, Active, Advanced and Tailored. Organisations can get in where they want and easily scale up.
For some, mere insight via the customer portal is a relief. Others opt for full chain management, where we take care of the entire lifecycle management of devices – from purchase, delivery, installation to disposal. With more than 30 years of practical experience, all processes are standardised and scalable. Where necessary, customisation is added.
Five distinctions
What makes Circular Workplace unique? Jan-Dirk and Leendert mention five strengths:
- Customer portal as backbone (API-linked with customer tooling): real-time insight, reports, dashboards and CMDB data in one platform.
- End-to-end accountability under one roof: from sourcing to disposal, including reuse and data destruction.
- Full lifecycle services: deliveries hardware & peripherals/accessories, installation, upgrades, mutations, support and return flows.
- Standardised and automated processes: based on years of practical experience.
- Steering on ESG & scope 3: concrete insight into environmental impact and CO₂ reduction of your IT.
Who is it for?
Circular Workplace is ideal for organisations from 250 IT workstations containing devices such as laptops, desktops, tablets and smartphones. They often lack the time or structure to logistically manage workplaces in a circular way. Circular Workplace then offers rhythm, overview and economies of scale. Larger organisations can additionally turn to customisation.
Yet Jan-Dirk and Leendert realise that Circular Workplace is ahead of the market for some companies.
“We see now that sustainability is often only the fifth argument in procurement. But in five years it will be in the top three – or at the top. Circular Workplace is there for those organisations that are already anticipating that. It was built for those who want to integrate circularity into processes, not just PowerPoints.”
