Purchasing and registration
We buy servers from organisations that are renewing their infrastructure. We register every server by serial number, so every step remains traceable.
Certified data erasure
We wipe all storage media with Blancco software. Drives that cannot be wiped are destroyed. Read more about data erasure.
Testing and repair
We test processors, memory, power supplies, fans and controllers for function and stability. Parts that do not meet our standards are replaced.
Grading
Every server receives an A, B or C grade, which reflects its cosmetic condition, such as scratches or signs of use.

We assemble processor, memory, drives, RAID controller and network cards to suit your application and install the latest firmware on request.

Yes. Business servers are built to run day and night for years. Before a server leaves us, it has been tested and weak components have been replaced. If anything does not work as it should, it is covered by the warranty.
A second hand server is usually sold as it is, without checks and sometimes with the previous owner’s data still on the drives. A refurbished server has been wiped, tested and graded, and it comes with a warranty. So you know exactly what you are getting.
Every server we refurbish comes with a lifetime warranty. You will find the terms for your model in your quotation.
For servers placed on the EU market since March 2021, manufacturers must keep the latest firmware available for at least eight years after the last unit of a model was placed on the market. On request, we install the most recent version before delivery.
Yes. Start with a Proof of Concept in your own environment, or rent the server first. After the rental period, you can often still take over the equipment.
