What is HP Amplify Impact?

HP Amplify Impact is a sustainability programme for HP partners. It helps businesses improve their sustainability practices and bring that knowledge into customer conversations.

The programme focuses on three areas:

Planet

Reducing environmental impact and supporting a more circular economy.

People

Promoting human rights and responsible business practices.

Community

Supporting digital equity and access to technology.

How did Circular IT group achieve Leader recognition?

HP audits partners and rates them on their ability to support sustainability-focused customer decisions, their knowledge of sustainable IT practices, and how partners demonstrate this across the service and company.

For Circular IT group, this meant evaluating how sustainability knowledge is shared across the organisation and applied throughout the sales process. HP looked at how we help customers choose more sustainable tech and how we put circular practices into action, as seen in our CSRD impact report. This includes refurbishing devices for reuse, extending their lifespan and supporting donation initiatives such as ITdonations, to which we contributed €130,500 worth of IT hardware in 2025.

Our sustainability certifications and accreditations also factored into the assessment. Circular IT group holds an EcoVadis Platinum rating, placing us among the top 1% of assessed companies, while our Belgian facility is B Corp certified. Both demonstrate how sustainability is embedded in our business and reflected in the services we deliver.

What does this mean for Device as a Service customers?

Better-informed device choices

Our team considers energy efficiency, repairability and expected lifespan alongside performance and price. This helps customers choose workplace devices that meet user needs and support long-term sustainability goals.

More opportunities to extend device life

Matching device specifications to employee needs creates more opportunities to reuse suitable equipment. This can extend device life, reduce unnecessary replacements and limit demand for new hardware.

A more joined-up IT lifecycle

Our Device as a Service offering connects deployment, support, replacement and retirement through one partner. This simplifies IT management, supports reuse and helps customers balance costs with sustainability goals.

Working towards a circular workplace

As a team of pioneers, we constantly strive to improve our services for end-users and demonstrate our commitment to sustainability. HP’s recognition is an important achievement for our team and reflects our wider ambition to make circular IT practical for all customers.

We have now achieved what we set out to do back in May 2025: to attain the highest status within the HP Impact programme. This accolade underscores our ongoing commitment to sustainable IT, social responsibility and the circular economy. By combining HP’s tech and sustainability expertise with our lifecycle services, we can help organisations make more informed decisions about their workplace devices.
