We offer free collection of all IT equipment, including items with no residual value, and ensure it’s refurbished and reused wherever possible.
Many companies choose to refresh their IT by refurbishing older devices and buying them back at a reduced cost, to reallocate internally or resell to employees. It’s a smart, sustainable way to extend the life of your tech or meet CSR goals.
With Circular IT Group, you have flexible options:
- Upfront buyback – We assess the technical specifications of your equipment and offer a purchase price before collection.
- Post-audit valuation – You entrust us with your equipment, and after a full audit in our facilities, we determine its residual value. If the value is positive, you invoice us.
Whatever the approach, we handle the logistics and data wiping, certified using Blancco.

Through our IT Donations Foundation, we’ve helped raise over £2.6 million and supported more than 200 charities across Europe. As part of a socially responsible approach, you can donate your IT equipment to the charity of your choice.
We’ll provide you with a CSR impact certificate for your reporting, supporting your organisation’s social and environmental commitments.
